Merchants are responsible for entering accurate business information, Google Place IDs, and review links.

Customers should use the generated review suggestions honestly and only for real experiences.

VouchIQ helps customers draft review text and open Google review links. Posting the final review happens on Google and is controlled by Google.

We do not guarantee review approval, ranking improvement, or a specific number of reviews.

Merchant access may be disabled if a trial or subscription expires, if account details are invalid, or if the service is misused.

Admins may update business status, plan status, or support details from the admin backend.

VouchIQ may update features, pricing, and terms as the product evolves. Continued use means you accept the latest terms.
