What VouchIQ collects and how that information supports its products.

Information We Collect

We collect merchant profile details such as name, phone number, email, business name, business type, Google Place ID, and review link.

For VouchIQ eCard, Google sign-in supplies your verified account identity, name, email, and profile photo. We store the profile, links, media and live status you choose to add.

When an eCard visitor chooses to exchange details, we store the name, phone or email, optional note and card mode they submit for the card owner. When customers use the review flow, we may store rating, selected tags, generated review text, and private feedback if submitted.

How We Use Data

We use merchant data to create and manage QR codes, review pages, dashboard access, and support requests.

eCard data creates the public card, contact download, smart QR destinations, analytics and WhatsApp link. Activity stores the card, action, mode, device category and time without storing the visitor's IP address or WhatsApp message.

During setup, owners may send rough notes and current step values to AI to draft editable profile fields. These suggestions are not saved or published until the owner reviews and saves them. Submitted connection details are visible to that card owner.

Review interaction data helps merchants understand customer feedback and improve their business experience.

Security

Passwords and sensitive account details are handled through the backend and should not be shared publicly.

Admin tools are restricted and used only for operational support, account status, plans, and troubleshooting.
