We collect merchant profile details such as name, phone number, email, business name, business type, Google Place ID, and review link.
When customers use the review flow, we may store rating, selected tags, generated review text, and private feedback if submitted.
We use merchant data to create and manage QR codes, review pages, dashboard access, and support requests.
Review interaction data helps merchants understand customer feedback and improve their business experience.
Passwords and sensitive account details are handled through the backend and should not be shared publicly.
Admin tools are restricted and used only for operational support, account status, plans, and troubleshooting.
