Rishta Terms
The basic responsibilities and conditions for merchants using VouchIQ Rishta for WhatsApp follow-ups, customer contacts, Meta billing, and campaigns.

Rishta helps merchants save customer visits, manage contacts, send WhatsApp follow-up messages, and run offer campaigns through approved WhatsApp Business templates.
Merchants are responsible for entering accurate customer information, using the service only for genuine business communication, and honoring opt-out or customer consent requirements.

Live WhatsApp sending requires a valid Meta WhatsApp Business Account, approved templates, a registered sender phone number, and sufficient account permissions.
Messages are subject to Meta and WhatsApp rules, template approval, quality limits, pricing, deliverability, and account restrictions. VouchIQ cannot guarantee delivery of every message.

The merchant is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method or approved credit line on the connected WhatsApp Business Account. Meta bills WhatsApp usage under its own pricing and payment terms.
Rishta checks whether Meta reports an active funding source but does not collect or store the merchant's card details.

VouchIQ may update Rishta features, pricing, message workflows, templates, and terms as the product evolves. Continued use means the merchant accepts the latest terms.
