Rishta Privacy
How VouchIQ Rishta collects, uses, and protects merchant and customer data for WhatsApp follow-ups, campaigns, and review workflows.

Rishta collects account details such as business name, owner or staff contact details, branch information, WhatsApp sender details, and billing or credit records needed to operate the service.
When a customer visit is added, Rishta may store the customer name, phone number, visit purpose, visit time, message status, campaign history, and feedback or review link activity.

We use this data to send WhatsApp follow-up messages, manage campaign sends, maintain contact lists, prevent duplicate or unsafe sends, show reports, and support merchant accounts.
If a merchant connects a Meta WhatsApp Business Account, Rishta uses the connected account details only to send approved WhatsApp templates and receive delivery or webhook status for that merchant.

Customer and merchant data is not sold. Data may be shared with service providers required to run Rishta, including hosting, database, WhatsApp Cloud API, analytics, support, and payment or billing tools.
Access tokens and WhatsApp provider credentials are handled by the backend and are not shown in the browser. We use access controls and operational checks to protect account data.
